INTRODUCTION

BuildInvestLive (“we”, "our", "Site", website: buildinvestlive.com) shares these Terms of Use with you as a user. Your use of buildinvestlive.com and purchase and use of our products constitutes your agreement to all such Terms.

PRIVACY

Your use of buildinvestlive.com is subject to our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the Site and informs users of our data collection practices.

ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

Visiting buildinvestlive.com or sending emails to buildinvestlive.com constitutes electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically, via email and on the Site, satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

PURCHASES

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Site (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.

You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete.

The service may employ the use of third party services for the purpose of facilitating payment and the completion of Purchases. By submitting your information, you grant us the right to provide the information to these third parties subject to our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

PRODUCT DOWNLOAD

Our products are currently delivered by internet download only. After your purchase has been approved we will process your order. Orders are typically processed within one (1) hour but could take as long as twenty four (24) hours to complete. Once your order has been processed we will send you a confirmation email using the email address you provided on our order form.

This email will serve as your electronic purchase receipt and will contain the information you need to access our product downloads.

Downloads from our servers are closely monitored to ensure you are able to successfully access our products. While we are flexible and allow you to complete a reasonable number of downloads we will not tolerate download abuse. We reserve the right to terminate your access to our download servers.

SUBSCRIPTION PRODUCTS

Subscription products are products that customers pay a recurring subscription fee to have continued access to the product or service.

Subscription fees are automatically charged on an on-going, monthly basis, using whatever payment method the customer has provided.

“Subscription products,” “memberships” and “subscription services” all refer to the same type of product, and are all subject to the same policies.

SUBSCRIPTION PRODUCT REFUND POLICY

Currently, subscription products are served through Patreon and will follow their terms and privacy policy.

Due to the nature of our subscription products (digital downloads, community access) refunds are not given.

Subscription products do have a 7 day free trial where you can try out the service before having to pay. You are able to cancel at any time before the trial is over to not be charged.

Subscription products/services may be cancelled at any point in time, with no advance notice necessary. When a subscription is terminated or a membership is cancelled, no additional fees shall be charged.

Subscriptions/memberships can be cancelled without charge up until the next month's fee is charged. If cancellation is requested less than 24 business hours prior to the subscription fee being processed, the customer may be charged for the following month's subscription.

Any cancellation requests made after a given month's subscription fee has been charged are NOT eligible for refund, and refund will not be provided. Membership/subscription can be terminated at that time, and the customer will not be subject to any future charges.

If a subscription/membership is cancelled mid-way through a billing cycle, the customer will continue to have access to the product/service for the remainder of the billing cycle, unless a refund was provided. 

DIGITAL PRODUCT REFUND POLICY

We stand behind our products and your satisfaction with them is important to us. So even though our products are digital and delivered via the internet, we still offer a 30-day money back guarantee if you’re not satisfied with the product.

Simply respond to your original email confirmation requesting a refund and we will process it for you within 2 business days.

GROUP COACHING REFUND POLICY

This section refers to group coaching services and Strategic Stock Analysis Academy customers.

Due to the nature of group coaching services and the limited enrollment available, we’re not able to provide refunds once a purchase is made.

We may, at our discretion, provide a refund for students who cancel prior to the community open date of the program (typically 3-4 weeks before the first lecture). This will be on a case-by-case and at our sole discretion.

1-ON-1 COACHING AND CONSULTING REFUND POLICY

This section refers to 1-on-1 coaching services only, not group coaching or Strategic Stock Analysis Academy customers.

Your satisfaction with our services is important to us. However, when you purchase a coaching or consulting, you are paying for time reserved with Matt Derron. There are no refunds for single sessions canceled within 24 hours prior to the scheduled session. There are no refunds given for service sessions that you fail to attend.

Results are dependent on many variables and thus cannot be and are not guaranteed. Therefore, we do not offer refunds for coaching services or consulting services, excepting the following:

If you purchase a service and cancel prior to 24 hours before your first scheduled session, your payment will be refunded in full.

Service packages can be discontinued at any time, and a refund will be given for any sessions not yet redeemed. For example, if you were to purchase a service package including five sessions, and chose to discontinue your agreement after the second session, then you would receive a refund for your remaining three sessions (which would be equal to 60% of the total package rate).

If paying installments for a service package, payments are due monthly. Failure to remit payment according to the agreed upon schedule will terminate the service package, and no refund for unused sessions will be provided. 

AVAILABILITY, ERRORS, AND INACCURACIES

We are constantly updating product and service offerings on the Site. We may experience delays in updating information on the Site and in our advertising on other web sites. The information found on the Site may contain errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. Products or services may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable on the Site and we cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information found on the Site.

We therefore reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice. 

ACCOUNTS

When you create an account with us, you guarantee that you are above the age of 18, and that the information you provide us is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Inaccurate, incomplete, or obsolete information may result in the immediate termination of your account on the Site.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, including but not limited to the restriction of access to your computer and/or account. You agree to accept responsibility for any and all activities or actions that occur under your account and/or password, whether your password is with our Site or a third-party service. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in our sole discretion.

ACCEPTABLE USE OF PRODUCTS

By purchasing one of our products you agree that they are for personal use only. Our products, analysis, and content of any kind may not be resold or used for commercial use in any way.

LIABILITY

BuildInvestLive provides educational content that is for demonstration purposes only and is provided 'as-is' with no warranties. We try to share our own personal experiences and best practices to help others - but our free content, videos, courses, digital products, memberships, and coaching do not constitute financial advice of any kind. Every individual is responsible for their own decisions and situation!

BuildInvestLive specifically disclaims liability for any losses, foreseen or unforeseen, that you may suffer as a result of the use of the buildinvestlive.com or our products and services. You agree that the use of the buildinvestlive.com and our products and services are at your sole risk.

SUPPORT

Our products are sold as-is, but we are glad to provide a reasonable level of support. We can be reached by sending a message through our Contact Page.

While we want to help - we reserve the right, at our discretion, to terminate contact with any buyer, individual, or entity.

NO UNLAWFUL OR PROHIBITED USE

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use buildinvestlive.com and our products strictly in accordance with these terms of use. As a condition of your use of the Site, you agree that you will not use the Site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. You may not use the Site in any manner which could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Site or interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of the Site. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available or provided for through the Site.

INTERNATIONAL USERS

The Service is controlled, operated and administered by BuildInvestLive from our offices within the USA. If you access the Service from a location outside the USA, you are responsible for compliance with all local laws. You agree that you will not use content accessed through buildinvestlive.com or any products in any country or in any manner prohibited by any applicable laws, restrictions or regulations.

EXCLUSIONS

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the limitations above may not apply to you. 

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Site, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the Site.

CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to change the Terms under which buildinvestlive.com and our products are offered. The most current version of the Terms will supersede all previous versions.
